Self-Directed Learning Experiences
As a Doctor of Physical Therapy student, I’ve engaged in Self-Directed Learning Experiences (SDLEs) to deepen my understanding, expand my skillset, and contribute to both the profession and my community. These experiences allowed me to explore areas of personal and professional growth beyond the classroom—including teaching, social responsibility, and mentoring. Each entry below includes both reflective insight and tangible artifacts that showcase what I’ve learned and contributed.
